Outside UK & EU
We currently ship only within the United Kingdom and the European Union. To register interest in another market — including the Channel Islands, Switzerland, Norway, the United States, and the Gulf — write to info@serenmaison.co.uk.
Dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm GMT on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after, on weekends or on UK public holidays are dispatched the next working day. A tracking link follows on dispatch.

Carrier & tracking
UK parcels travel by tracked 48-hour courier. European parcels travel by tracked international courier with full track-and-trace from collection to delivery. You will receive a tracking link from us as soon as your order is collected; if the link does not arrive within 24 hours of your dispatch confirmation, write to info@serenmaison.co.uk.
Customs, VAT and duties
United Kingdom: VAT is included in every price you see.
European Union: we ship from within the EU. Duties and applicable VAT are pre-cleared so no charges are levied on arrival. The price you see at checkout is the final price.
Undelivered or refused parcels
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable — for example, the address was incomplete, no one was available to accept the parcel after the courier’s redelivery attempts, or the parcel was refused on arrival — we will write to confirm next steps. We are happy to re-dispatch the parcel; in that event a redelivery charge equivalent to the original delivery fee will apply. Alternatively the order may be refunded, less the cost of original delivery.
